Why i cant digivolve to digimon im stuck being human

say how can i turn to a digimon again plz help me i cant digivolve to a digimon plz help me maybe this error will turn everybody gone and not playing digimon tankyuu plz hurry coz im a mega and i cant buy a new digimon because i cant earn bits
